3BR retreat w/ sea views, balcony & gym

Positive: I had an absolutely wonderful stay and truly enjoyed my vacation. The location is beautiful, and the views were simply stunning, which made the whole experience even more special. I would also like to highlight how happy I was with the communication throughout my stay. Whenever I had a question, I received a very quick response and was always helped in a friendly and professional manner. They were always available and genuinely willing to help whenever needed, which made me feel very welcome and well taken care of. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would be more than happy to stay here again in the future.

Stylish and comfortable Positive: Stylish and very comfortable apartment. Great facilities and high quality furnishings and linens. Great experience. Especially suitable for a longer stay. Negative: The key collection in Puerto Banus may not work well for anyone travelling late , in a rush or not used to driving in the area. I didn’t realise I also had to drop it off. It was actually really inconvenient. The views are overall really great but Cancelada ( which is a great town ) does have a quarry and a lot building happening. Not a problem for me as I know the area but for a short trip may be not ideal.

We genuinely loved the place and really enjoyed our stay there! Positive: Having a car makes the stay much easier. The nearest large supermarket is around 2 km away, and walking back with groceries would be quite difficult. The complex itself is beautiful — very well maintained, with a lovely pool area and a gym (which we unfortunately never managed to use, but it’s definitely there :) The territory feels very safe. The apartment is exactly like in the photos. It’s spacious, bright, and well equipped for a long vacation with a large family. From the terrace you can even see a bit of the sea and enjoy beautiful sunsets. There’s also a small touch of rural life with roosters and sheep nearby, though you only hear them while sitting on the terrace. Honestly, the only real downside of this place was having to leave :) If you rent a car, I would recommend choosing something not too low, as the area has quite a lot of enough high speed bumps and the underground parking entrance is also better suited for higher cars. Also worth noting: the entrance to the underground parking is located at the end of the street, not where the host’s pin is placed. Negative: Picking up and returning the keys requires going to a gas station in Puerto Banús, about 13 km from the apartment, where the keys are stored in special lockers. During rush hour the traffic can be quite heavy, so it’s important to plan your timing accordingly. The self check-in instructions could definitely be clearer. After a long trip, having to figure out several unfamiliar locations and systems isn’t the most relaxing experience. Of course, self-service makes flexible check-in possible, which is convenient, but if you’re arriving during daytime hours it would have been nice to have the keys available somewhere closer to the apartment. We also found the alarm system a bit difficult at first. The host’s instructions didn’t really help us, and we ended up figuring it out ourselves after some trial and error. Overall, communication sometimes felt a little impersonal, almost like talking to AI — always polite, but not always particularly helpful.

Absolutelysessities were available in the apartment. Nice beds, good shades, silent, clean & spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Private parking spot in locked garage with easy access to the apartment. Also a great location, right between Estepona and Puerto Banús / Marbella We would definitely consider going back in the future.
